SHIPPING POLICY

Notice: U.S. Shipping Resumed
Starting November 1, 2025, shipping to the United States has resumed.
Due to recent U.S.–Canada trade tariff adjustments, all U.S. shipments are now processed under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
U.S. Shipping Policy (Updated Tariff Rules)
Shipping Method: DDP courier service (duties and taxes included)

Estimated Delivery Time: 6–14 business days
Flat Rate Shipping Fees:
Orders under US$50 → US$25 shipping fee
Orders US$50–135 → US$40 shipping fee
Orders over US$135 → Free Shipping
Note: Free shipping is available to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii.
APO/FPO and U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.
Non-Cancellation Policy for U.S. Orders
Due to ongoing customs and tariff regulations between the U.S. and Canada,
all U.S. orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect or quality issue,
we will provide a free replacement of the same item after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times (General)
Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 6–14 business days (DDP)
Lower Mainland (Vancouver): 2–4 business days via Chit Chats
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination, or carrier delays.
Shipping Methods
We ship via Canada Post and Chit Chats Courier Service.
All orders include tracking information.

Order Processing
Orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Packaging
Orders are shipped in a poly mailer when possible.
Larger or fragile items are shipped in boxes for extra protection.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
