If you place the order on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
Packaging
The INUKBAG orders are shipped in a poly bag if it fits.
Orders will ship in a box if the order does not fit in the poly bag.

REFUND POLICY
Return the goods
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
Please email TEAM@INUKBAG.COM first, explaining the reason for the return and attaching the product picture.
We will reply to you via email. After we review and agree to your return, we will reply to you via email. Please send your product to:

Please do not return the goods you purchased to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable)
Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or lacks parts due to reasons other than our fault.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and checking your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if we approve or reject your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

No additional handling fee for returns, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $65, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancel Order
If order is not fulfilled. You can request the order to be cancelled before it is processed. A refund will be issue in the same form of payment method back to you minus processing fee by Credit Card or PayPal (2.9% + US$0.30). These fees are collected by the Credit Card company when the order is processed, and does not get refunded.
